Hafiz's special appreance at Administrative Professional Seminar (APS), Kuching

KUCHING: The ‘Iron Lady’ of Malaysia Datuk Dr Maznah Hamid will deliver a keynote paper during the Centre for Modern Management’s (CMM) flagship Administrative Professional Seminar (APS) from April 13-15 at Four Points by Sheraton, Kuching.

TALENTED ARTISTE: Hafiz AF7 to make a special dinner appearance.

Maznah will deliver the paper entitled ‘Breakthrough Performance: Passion, Proficiency and Professional’ at the annual event to mark Secretaries’ month.

This is a subject matter that she is passionate to share with seminar delegates.

A true believer in achieving more with less, Maznah’s session is expected to reveal her recipe for success, which would teach delegates how to be recognised as true professionals in their careers.

Targeted at secretaries, personal assistants, executive assistants and officers performing secretarial duties from both the public and private sectors, APS 2010 has also lined up a panel of experienced and well-known speakers such as Karthigesu Sivalingam (Making the Law of Attraction Work), Hasnah Ismail (Achieving High-Impact Performance) and Prof Dr Mohamad Shatar Sabran (Passion to Excel: Awaken Your Potential).

There will also be a one-day post-seminar workshop on ‘Building Professional Personality and Etiquette’ by Wendy Lee, a professional image consultant from Chapter One Colour, Style and Image Consultancy.

Hafiz AF7, Sarawak’s talented artiste, will make a special dinner appearance on the second day.

Organisations or individuals can purchase dinner tables separately as a gesture of appreciation to their officers performing secretarial duties.

A statement released yesterday said the seminar will benefit delegates by giving them the secret to becoming high performers, discovering their strengths and weaknesses towards unleashing their passions, learning and relearning to continuously embed passion to excel as well as building a professional image outlook.
